Acceptance Tests and Certificates:
We will supply the purchaser with individual test certificates for each finished hose,or certificates issued by a third member association of IACS-Internationa Association of Classification Societies including China(CCS),Norway-German(DNV-GL) and France(BV).
The following tests are to be conducted:
- Material tests(one order at a time)
- Adhesion tests – hose body and,if applicable,buoyancy material(one order at a time)
- Weight test(each hose)
- Minimum bend radius test(before hydrostatic pressure test,10% sampling)
- Bending stiffness test(10% sampling)
- Torsion test(if specified)
- Tensile test(if specified)
- Hydrostatic pressure test(each hose)
- Vacuum test(immediately after kero test.if not kero test, then immediately after hydrostatic test, each hose)
- Electrical test(each hose)
- Float hydrostatic test(only for floating hose, one order at a time)
- Lifting lug acceptance test(only for tank rail hose)
Hose Lifting Instruction
At least 3 point lifting is required, 5 point lifting is more favorable.
Packing:
Hose will be packed for storage and transport on steel framed pallets. Each steel pallet should be designed with a SWL of 12 ton and should be provided with markings.
