1. What is the history of your company?

We were founded on 2011 for dredging pipeline and rubber fender.

2. What are the main areas of your market?

Asia, Europe, America, the Middle East and Africa areas.

3. What countries and regions did your export your products now?

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland, Canada, Peru, Ecuador and so on.

4. Do you have your own brand?

Yes, our own brand is EAST MARINE.

5. What are you acceptable terms of payment?

By T/T or L/C at sight.

6. Can your mark customer’s LOGO on your products?

Yes, but we need the logo owner authorization letter.

7. Do you have a minimum order quantity for its products? If yes, what is the minimum order quantity?

Yes, normal is one piece or one pair.

8. How long does it take to deliver your normal products?

It depend on the order quantity.

9. What is your product warranty?

Normal the warranty is one year after use or 18 moths after delivery.

10. What is your quality process?

Our QC will inspect all products before delivery and offer factory certificate. We can also accept the third inspection party to inspect but the buyer should charge all the cost.

11. What quality problems have you met before? How did you improve and solve this problem?

Main quality problems is external damage, because during the transportation and unloading process the products' heavy and large size, the man made the products damage. This damage has an effect on the quality and warranty.

12. How do you the adjuster your products? Does the foreign country have an office or warehouse?

Normal we provide installation guidance after product delivery. We do not have forging office or warehouse.
