Recently we completed the BV inspection and delivery of 2 pieces of 5Ton AC-14 anchor.
As usual, we meet the customer’s requirements and complete the anchors on time. After that, they successfully passed the BV test.
AC-14 anchor belongs to the rod anchor, including shackle, anchor shank and anchor fluke. This kind of anchor has a simple structure, which is convenient to use and can be folded & stored. It can also effectively stabilize the hull to ensure the safety of cargo and personnel. The quality of the anchor affects the safety of the ship and personnel. Routine inspection contents include raw material inspection, flaw detection, drop test and weighing test. We can also provide inspection certificates from CCS, ABS, BV, DNV, GL and other classification societies.
