Inspection and delivery of ID350 floating rubber hose

East Marine finished a ID350XL11800mm floating hose order for our Asia customer.

We designed and manufactured according the dredger, application environment and customer special requirements.

Before delivery to customer, each pieces floating hoses were be undergo various inspect including dimension, view, hydrostatic and bending test.

Hydrostatic and bending are two import test for dredging hose which check the pressure resistance and flexiblity for the floating rubber hose.

We are good at packing large volume products which can reduce customer’s transportation cost.
