East Marine just finished the production of some ID560XOD1600XL1300mm PE floaters for our customer. As usual, we competed the inspections and packed them for delivery.
As our customer requires, we add cable troughs into the floater design which can provide power to the dredging pump and motor. This design not only provide buoyancy to the HDPE pipes, but it also make a practical solution for cable deployment. The top troughs on floaters ensure that the cables are safely housed and protected from saltwater corrosion, which is critical to long-term pipeline functionality.
