Recently we competed the production, inspection and delivery of PE floater for 5KM dredging pipeline for our foreign customer.
Based on our extensive experience in designing and producing discharge hose, floating hose, HDPE pipe, PE Floater and so on. We designed the floaters with specific requirements from the client to ensure compatibility with their operational needs.
We add cable troughs into the floater design which can provide power to the dredging pump and motor. This design not only provide buoyancy to the HDPE pipes, but it also make a practical solution for cable deployment. The top troughs on floaters ensure that the cables are safely housed and protected from saltwater corrosion, which is critical to long-term pipeline functionality.
