The HDPE pipe without flange can be connected with discharge rubber hose or steel pipe after welding flange end and steel flange. We can also supply the weld equipment. The main feature of HDPE pipe is light weight,flexibility,abrasion resistance and recyclable. The PE Floater can offer buoyancy for it on the water project.

The working pressure determine the wall thickness and the flange size can be modified according to the dredging hose or customer’s requirement. The production equipment and raw material quality decide the HDPE pipe quality.
Packing and delivery
Normal we use 40′container to pack, steel frame is bu used for large quantity.
