ID400XL1800mm Dredge Armored Floating Rubber Hose
ID400XL11800mm Armored floating rubber hose have a buoyancy layer and it is floating on the water under working. This kind hose provide installation efficiency and reduces the impact of wind and waves on the offshore projects. Shanghai Dredging Company, Guangzhou Dredging Company,Jan de Nul,Boskalis,Van Oord and other international dredging companies use this floating rubber hose extensively around the world. The armored floating hose is more corrosion resistant than floating rubber hose which can be used for many harsh and complex dredging conditions. We established in 2007 is located in Jurong city, Jiangsu province of China and the former name Jiangsu Hualong Rubber Products Co., Ltd.

4, Flange: Q235 Steel flange with nipple

INSPECTION & CERTIFICATES
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
-Raw material test including natural rubber,tensile textile,rubber additive(inspection before entering warehouse)
-Hose dimension check including flange size and length
-Weight check
-Working pressure test(if specified,sampling)
-Bending test(if specified,sampling)
-Buoyancy test(if specified,sampling)
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agency to inspect according to customer requirements. The usual inspection agency include Classification Society of China(CCS),Norway-German(DNV-GL),United Stats(ABS),United Kingdom(LR) and France(BV).
