The HDPE pipe can be connected with discharge rubber hose or steel pipe through flange. The main feature of HDPE pipe is light weight, flexibility, abrasion resistance and recyclable. The PE Floater can offer buoyancy for it on the water project.

Product details

HDPE pipe, flange end and steel flange plate are the majors components for HDPE pipe with steel pipe. The working pressure determine the wall thickness and the flange size can be modified according to the dredging hose or customer’s requirement. The production equipment and raw material quality decide the HDPE pipe quality.

Inspection

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
● Raw material test(inspection before entering warehouse)
● Hose dimension check including flange size and length
● Weight check
● Working pressure test(if specified, sampling)

Duo to our products are large size, normal we do not use packaging during shipping in order to reduce costs. So the professional packing skills are crucial, not only it need to protect our products, but also need to protect the containers, vehicles and personnel. Our core strength comes from years of work experience and a responsible attitude.
Normal we use 40′container to pack, steel frame is bu used for large quantity.

Applications

Depending on the dredging development and limitation for construction site condition, HDPE pipe is widely be chose which it’s advantages are light weight and cheaper. At the same time, many shipyards such as IHC, DAMEN and Dredge Yard develop many types small detachable Cutter Suction Dredger(CSD), so the owner use HDPE pipe, discharge rubber hose and PE Floater to install together as the necessary dredging pipeline.
