We established in 2007 is located in Jurong city, Jiangsu province of China and the former name Jiangsu Hualong Rubber Products Co., Ltd.The dredge hose we provide is of complete reliability and safety which can withstand extreme working conditions. In the actual production of kinds we can manufacture any kind of custom hose.
Dredge Self-floating rubber hose is one kind of floating rubber hose. The buoyancy layer reduce down from one side to the other side and it have a good flexible than other floating rubber hose. It is the third piece hose is floating hose pipeline which connect with TSHD dredger bow joint.
This kind hose provide installation efficiency and reduces the impact of wind and waves on the offshore projects. Shanghai Dredging Company, Guangzhou Dredging Company,Jan de Nul,Boskalis,Van Oord and other international dredging companies use this floating rubber hose extensively around the world.

INSPECTION & CERTIFICATES
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
-Raw material test including natural rubber,tensile textile,rubber additive(inspection before entering warehouse)
-Hose dimension check including flange size and length
-Weight check
-Working pressure test(if specified,sampling)
-Bending test(if specified,sampling)
-Buoyancy test(if specified,sampling)
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agency to inspect according to customer requirements. The usual inspection agency include Classification Society of China(CCS),Norway-German(DNV-GL),United Stats(ABS),United Kingdom(LR) and France(BV).
